it was 2 days ago when i committed this error during my duty.. actually di naman sya ganun ka-big deal pero narealize ko na sa profession na pinasok ko, errors are not allowed!!! mortal sin ang magkamali! one simple error could be fatal.
nung una sinasabi ko sa sarili ko na "ok lang yan, ganyan talaga. na minsan ok lang mag commit ng mistakes para matuto" pero naisip ko din, how many more mistakes i could afford in order for me to learn when every mistake could put the lives of my patients in danger? when it is their lives that is at stake?
di ko alam if i was a bit unfocused or i got careless.. basta everything slipped on my mind that time. di ko maexplain how it happened, basta parang nung time na yun wala ata ako sa sarili ko..
blangko.. floating... o tulog ata mga brain cells ko that time..
di ko alam kung panu ko makakabawi, basta i'll try my best not to commit ERRORS!
